Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to enhance and monitor operational excellence.
  • Partner with engineers to learn and implement techniques for improving packaging equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Propose and implement improvements in site process technology focusing on quality, cost, and capacity optimization.
  • Lead, support, and coach data analysis using appropriate Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools.
  • Conduct shared investigations with technical, compliance, and operations process team members.
  • Integrate Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP) and regulatory compliance into all project scopes, designs, and construction work.
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, and execute business solutions, performing root cause analysis to eliminate repeat issues.
  • Support Quality and Safety investigations by coaching on Six Sigma methodologies and conducting safety inspections.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience; or Master's degree with more than 0 years of experience; or Associate's degree with 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of Process Monitoring systems, including knowledge of PLC/computer systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with site colleagues through the change process.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to organize data and plan for the future.
  • Experience in fostering a Continuous Improvement Culture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and mentor colleagues.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $82,700.00 to $.
  • Eligible for Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
