Our client, an industry leader in commercial property management and maintenance, is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team. As an  
** Electrical Technician** , you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting electrical operations and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform and oversee electrical installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs within a designated geographic area.

+ Conduct quality control audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

+ Provide technical assistance, training, and hands-on support for electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Support the operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and security systems.

+ Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, codes, laws, and safety regulations.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

+ Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, laws, and safety standards.

+ Proficiency in using computers, handheld electronic devices, and web-based applications.

+ NFPA 70e certification or equivalent safety certification.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
