Electrician 4
We are seeking an experienced Electrician 4 to perform and direct various electrical installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs within a designated geographic territory. This role involves hands-on work to ensure all tasks are completed according to our standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities- Perform electrical installations and preventive maintenance within the specified territory.
- Implement Operations Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical equipment.
- Conduct quality control audits and inspections, providing deficiency reports to supervisors.
- Offer technical assistance, training, and support in advanced electrical maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and hands-on repair guidance.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, card access systems, door and gate systems, lighting systems, and various other tasks related to commercial property operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, laws, and regulations while performing electrical repairs and maintenance on commercial buildings and systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skill in navigating and using web-based applications.
- NFPA 70e certification.
Skills & Qualifications
- GED or High School diploma.
- Vocational degree program or apprenticeship.
- Skills in electrical troubleshooting, industrial work, conduit, blueprints, wiring, schematic reading, PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation.

Work EnvironmentWork is based either on a truck with travel or within a campus setting. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, sitting, squatting, standing, reaching, and lying down to access equipment components. Expect exposure to various weather conditions during day and nighttime hours. Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with employee parking available onsite.

This is a Contract position based out of McPherson, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
