Under the general supervision of the Physical Distribution Manager and the direct supervision of the Shipping Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate performs duties that ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of warehouse processes. Responsibilities include the operation of material handling equipment, maintenance of equipment and work areas, use of SAP for scanning and documentation, and coordination with crew members to support the company’s core values of People, Passion, Performance, and Protection.

• Support and promote safe practices and environmental commitments in line with company policies.
• Inspect and maintain mobile equipment; complete check‑lists and ensure all protective clothing and PPE are worn.
• Operate SAP to scan products, print shipping documents, and track inventory.
• Pull and store material using FIFO; load trailers with proper techniques, maximum utilization, and safe handling.
• Assist in inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Operate and maintain the case sealer, including adjusting labels and troubleshooting printing issues.
• Safely unload bulk tankers of raw materials, ensuring no release of hazardous substances.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and complete required safety audits and training.
• Perform other duties as directed to support warehouse operations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and best practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Base hourly rate: $26.85 per hour.

Finished goods warehouse, McPherson, KS.

• Stand for long periods on cement floors.
• Walk, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders and staircases.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
