As a permanent employee, you will need a Technical/Applied Science Certificate and have 1-2 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment like graders and backhoes for road maintenance, sewer line flushing, and seasonal tasks. Adherence to safety protocols is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including graders and excavators

• Perform ice control by spreading salt and sand

• Clean and maintain roads, sidewalks, and municipal sites

• Assist in seasonal cleanup and maintenance tasks

• Maintain accurate activity records and reports

Requirements:

• Completion of a Technical/Applied Science Certificate

• 1-2 years of practical equipment operation experience

• Capability to oversee others as required

• Strong safety awareness and documentation skills

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
