• Provide hands‑on resident care with dignity and compassion
• Assist with daily living needs: bathing, dressing, mobility, dining
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Support nurses with care tasks and documentation
• Build warm, trusting relationships with residents
• Contribute to a calm, respectful, team‑oriented environment
