PIT Compliance Supervisor

Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as a PIT Compliance Supervisor! We are seeking a safety-focused leader to oversee Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) compliance, training, and operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining OSHA compliance, improving safety performance, and driving operational excellence across fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead PIT compliance programs and ensure adherence to OSHA standards
  • Oversee PIT fleet operations, maintenance coordination, and utilization
  • Develop and manage operator training and certification programs
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Manage PIT-related budgets and resource planning
  • Maintain accurate training and compliance documentation
  • Partner with operations, safety, and leadership teams
  • Lead meetings and communicate performance metrics and updates
  • Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA PIT regulations (29 CFR )
  • Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
