Cogentanalytics is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator / Electrical Estimator to study drawings, specifications and project plans. You will prepare itemized costs, obtain bids and help craft competitive electrical proposals for both residential and commercial projects.
In this role you will read specs, coordinate with BIM layouts, use Accubid Enterprise and Live Count Plan Viewer, and support PMs during crunch times, including change order estimations.
