Customer Service Rep

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• General duties:
  Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk‑in cooler, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete related paperwork, clean equipment and facilities regularly.
• Qualifications:
  
  Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions; strong verbal communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with coworkers while processing orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to give correct change.
• Effective verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Good motor coordination to perform precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
