Location: Mebane, NC

Schedule: Full Time | Onsite

Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

• Lead all warehouse fulfillment operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
• Develop and execute departmental goals aligned with company business objectives
• Drive productivity, throughput, and operational efficiency improvements
• Manage labor planning and administer the department operating budget
• Monitor KPIs and production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Partner with Quality, Security, and senior leadership to maintain ISO, QMS, and OSHA compliance
• Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and safety

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and fulfillment processes
• Experience managing budgets and performance metrics
• Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen preferred)
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
