- Inspect in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality.
- Label and package finished products per established procedures and quality standards.
- Remove defective products and packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including device history records and inventory counts.
- Perform simple mathematical calculations for batch record completion.
- Assist with inventory counting activities.
- Conduct routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
- Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations.
- Abide by personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements.
- Handle hazardous waste as appropriate.
- Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with computers and various software for business tasks.
- Experience with flexible work schedules, including shifts and overtime.
- Good documentation practices.
- Strong organizational and observational skills.
- Basic mathematical calculation proficiency.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Willingness to work static or rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
