Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience to improve production efficiency through automation, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing setup/changeover time, leading Kaizen initiatives, supporting equipment reliability, and managing capital improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment efficiency.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to reduce setup/changeover time.
- Support automation and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage capital equipment projects from planning through installation.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues.
- Support TPM, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Update production layouts and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
- Analyze manufacturing data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with automation, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, Mfg Pro, and Kronos.
