Production Supervisor
Work model: onsite, Mebane, NC.
Your role and responsibilities- Perform routine machinery set‑up, adjustments, repair, and fitting simple replacement parts.
- Carry out regular standard maintenance of equipment, tools set‑up, programming activities, troubleshoot and report issues, and maintain detailed records of machinery set‑ups, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Track approved, defective units, and final products.
- Execute assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and ABB Standard processes and safety guidelines, and report non‑compliance.
- Operate machines following the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.
- Maintain a safe working attitude and environment while performing daily activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge and use of hand tools (tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc.).
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Work authorization that permits employment in the US.
