Line Operator
Join our team and help keep our production line running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality!
Pay: $19/hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM 12-hour shifts 2, 2, 3 Schedule
What You'll Do- Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
- Feed, assemble, and package products.
- Perform quality and CCP inspections.
- Assist with machine start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
- Report equipment issues and product abnormalities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow GMP, FSMA, food safety, and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Food, FDA-regulated, or quality-control experience is a plus.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
