Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Operator 1, Machine to join their team. As a Operator 1, Machine, you will be part of the production department supporting night shift operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Mebane, NC
Pay Range:$21
Shift:Night Shift (Monday - Thursday, 8:45pm - 7:15am)
What's the Job?Manually packages kits to ensure quality and accuracy
Performs cleaning functions to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Tests and inspects parts for in-process quality checks
Trains other team members on operational procedures
Accurately completes paperwork and documents production activities
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive motions effectively
Proficiency in English, with basic computer skills and understanding of charts and diagrams
