Job Details

Job Type: Full‑time

Position: RN – Per Diem, Client Assessments (in‑office at Mebane branch, covering Alamance and surrounding counties)

Responsibilities
  • Manage client intake assessments from all referral sources.
  • Responsible for generating client plan of treatment and care plan assessments according to a physician’s order.
  • Build relationships with clients to encourage compliance with care plans and client safety.
  • Manage client/contract satisfaction with the highest level of customer service standards, communication, and documentation.
  • Follow up and document all clinical concerns and incidents within the agency’s timeframe.
  • Follow Agency Policies and Procedures and ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON).
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in good standing with state and federal compliance requirements.
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience; includes at least two years nursing experience with compromised pediatric and adults.
  • Preference for experience in clinical, teaching, management, and supervisory practice within a nursing service organization.
  • One additional year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, for conducting applicable training classes.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and operational vehicle; travel required for business purposes.
  • Work schedule as needed.
  • Ability to use computerized systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to liaise with clients, families, and other care providers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident working independently.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
