San Stone Health & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Available shifts are 7am–7pm, and 7pm–7am with every other weekend required. An unrestricted RN license is required and a $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff.
As a nurse on our team, you will supervise CNAs, coordinate resident care, administer medications, transcribe orders, assess residents, and help develop individualized care plans in a supportive, compassionate environment.
