• Reporting HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
• Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.
• Providing feedback to management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.
• Supporting and driving behavioral change through local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.

• Bachelor degree PLUS minimum 5 years HSE related experience preferred.
• Certification and training in Safety, preferred.
• Knowledge of local HSE regulations, preferred.
• Skills in database management systems and MS Office.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
