As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’re joining a team focused on growth, customer connections, fashion, and comfort. • Starting rate: $14.00 per hour
• Hourly pay range: $14.00 - $14.85

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to offer personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets, developing your sales skills and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize displays, restock merchandise, and handle lifting of shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds). Stay on your feet during shifts.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Skechers’ latest products to enhance customer interactions and sales.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
