Role Summary
This position focuses on achieving individual sales goals to support store sales and profit objectives, delivering exceptional customer service, and assuming senior-level responsibilities within the store.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales exceeding personal targets
- Promote the music & arts lesson program
- Network with educators, community organizations, and churches to develop business
- Build customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster customer loyalty
- Participate in store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
- Maintain store security protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of musical instruments and written music
