Location:
Mebane, NC 27302
Shift: Day – Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $26.75–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
4-day work week for more days off
We are a leading provider of fleet maintenance and refrigeration solutions, dedicated to keeping transportation fleets running smoothly and cargo at peak quality. Our expert team ensures every truck, trailer, and refrigeration unit is serviced with the highest standards of care.
What You’ll Do- Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs
- Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections
- Diagnose electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs
- Perform tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs
- Conduct structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts
- Troubleshoot APUs and provide road service calls
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and service company vehicles
- Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other tools
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience preferred in diesel, trailer, or transport refrigeration maintenance (DOT annual inspections & air brakes required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must own a toolbox and possess required tools
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Competitive pay: $26.75–$40 per hour, based on experience
- Shift differential:
Additional $2/hour for overnight shifts - Incentives:
Extra pay for ASE certifications (Brakes, Suspension, PMs) - Flexible schedule: 4-day week for more days at home
