** The Instrument Maintenance Technician contributes to the operation and control of equipment used in the process of air separation; while dedicated to supporting and caring for plant mechanical, instrumentation and electrical devices and equipment.
* Support, maintain, and resolve issues with instrumentation systems and calibrations, guided by manufacturers' instructions, local work instructions and governing regulations
* Install, maintain, adjust, and care for manual, pneumatic, electric, and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation
* Maintain, resolve issues with, and perform preventative inspections on mechanical equipment and systems, guided by manufacturer's instructions, local work instructions and governing regulations
* Support, maintain, and resolve issues with electrical systems, guided by manufacturers' instructions, local work instructions and governing regulations
* Support quality control and quality assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs
* Maintain calibration standards, including inspection, testing, and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders
* Execute diverse and varied analytical calibrations and adjustments
* Maintain, resolve issues with, and support maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and other plant equipment

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 5+ years experience maintaining instrumentation and electrical systems in technical processes in an industrial environment
** TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
** Position travels
** 50 percent
** of the time
Preferred Qualifications Minimum two years of college, technical school, or military technical experience preferred
