Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager – Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc.
Location: Mebane, NC.
Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year.
Shift: Day.
Job Type: Full‑time.

• Management or supervisory experience in a large fleet, diesel, or trailer repair shop (3+ years preferred)
• Experience conducting employee reviews
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units
• Experience with DOT & OSHA compliance and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a toolbox and required tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Lead and develop shop teams across multiple shifts
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication
• Oversee technician training and performance reviews
• Manage shop scheduling, workloads, and project coordination
• Maintain safety programs and conduct inspections
• Support hands‑on shop work during peak times
• Track department performance and drive efficiency improvements
• Build strong relationships with vendors and customers
• Promote a positive, high‑performance team culture
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
