What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* Experience with food handling

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent organizational and project management abilities

* Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme cold (freezer environment)

* Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and twist as needed

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Team Member:

* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and sanitation standards

* Ensure efficient and accurate movement of products throughout the facility

* Unload inbound shipments and load outbound trucks according to company policies and weight restrictions

* Properly stage products to support efficient loading procedures

* Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks

* Maintain food safety standards at all times

* Operate scanners and warehouse technology accurately

* Enter data correctly into systems

* Process product acceptance and returns according to company policies

* Perform additional tasks as assigned
