• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on key metrics such as profitability, cash flow, and budget variances
• Develop financial models to support forecasting and decision making
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights on potential risks or opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and procedures
• Communicate financial performance to stakeholders through presentations or written reports
• Participate in annual budgeting process and provide recommendations for cost savings or revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
