Our rapidly growing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mecca Saudi Arabia As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the region

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends competitors and customer needs
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance market analysis and forecasts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly
• Stay updated on product knowledge and train the sales team accordingly

• Indian national with fluency in English Arabic language skills will be an advantage
• Proven track record of success in a similar role preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
