Sales Manager - Indian Nationals (Mecca)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective strategies and management of the sales team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Train and mentor new members of the sales team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Indian nationality preferred.

Salary offered for this position is 1200$ per month.
