- Job responsibilities may include the following:
Process accounting entries for vehicle sales

Process bank deposit

Post accounting entries for service and parts

Post accounts payable and process payments

Research errors and make appropriate corrections

Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules

Ensure compliance with all state and government regulations

Perform accounting and office duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL BRINGTitle work experience is a plus Dealership accounting experience is a plus Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

Ability to learn the dealership software, Google and Microsoft products
