We're looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to support our Messiah Lifeways At Home team and help ensure our clients receive the exceptional care and service they deserve.

Messiah Lifeways is a non-profit organization located in Mechanicsburg, PA, providing a network of services for adults 55 and better throughout South Central Pennsylvania. Since 1896, our mission has remained the same: serving older adults with Christ-like love while creating meaningful opportunities for our team members to grow and thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes champion who helps keep everything running smoothly.

  • Coordinate client visits and caregiver schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate with clients, families, and team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, records, and service documentation.
  • Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Support leadership with administrative projects and daily operational needs.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and help solve scheduling challenges as they arise.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment while helping us deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
