Middle​/High School Spanish Teacher

The Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg seeks a Middle/High School Spanish Teacher to provide rigorous, Christ-centered Spanish instruction for grades 6-12. The teacher will design engaging, standards-based lessons that build language proficiency while integrating a biblical worldview, foster a positive and nurturing classroom climate, and mentor students in character and spiritual growth. Responsibilities include planning and assessing learning, differentiating instruction, collaborating with a mission-driven faculty, communicating with families, and actively participating in the life of the school community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish instruction for middle and high school students
• Develop standards-based lesson plans integrating a biblical worldview
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback and grades
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Create a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and support staff
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Participate in chapel, discipleship, and school community activities
• Integrate technology into instruction and assessment
• Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives
