Duties
* You will maintain taskers related to all aspects of Resource and Personnel Management for the Department.
* You will evaluate and analyze resource requirements with consideration and focus channeled toward current and future workload requirements and Department operations.
* You will perform responsibilities for the Department reimbursable funds, including developing and maintaining internal control procedures for execution and monitoring of reimbursable.

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications For the GS-12 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Leading all phases of the budget lifecycle process for an office (i.e., from formulation through close out); conducting reviews or audits of financial documents or systems to ensure funds are being used and recorded correctly; preparing financial status reports for management; providing guidance to other staff on financial and/or administrative policies and procedures; proficient in managing the full lifecycle of personnel actions including manpower promotions, reassignments, resignations, retirements, etc and is experienced in associated Human Resource office Action Tracker process and knowledgeable in the policies associated with each;
and managing monetary and time off awards. For the GS-11 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
