Position: SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will collect data from various systems, such as ADVANA/Jupiter and NDP, to develop accurate metrics.
* You will analyze supply data, build reports and look for trends regarding Supply functionality withing NAVSUP, leveraging tools such as SAS, Tableau and Power BI.
* You will analyze the system design requirements in Navy ERP for Maritime and Aviation to ensure a common business solution.
* You will consult with customers to refine functional requirements for the Navy ERP system. Supports the translation of functional requirements into design specifications for Navy ERP.
* You will be asked to support Supply Master Data:
Material Master data, FLIS management, Change Notice.
* You will be asked to support Planning:
Buy/Repair, Schedule Board Recommendations, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Terminations, Disposal, and MMR.
* You will be asked to support Order Fulfillment and Allowancing: A-series Military Standard

Requisition ing and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) and Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) requisitions/sales orders. Allowancing and FRWQ support.
* You will be asked to support Procurement and Repair:
Analyze Procurement and Repair Purchase

Requisition s and Purchase Orders, including the Integrated Technical Item Management and Procurement (ITIMP) interface.
* You will be asked to support Inventory Management:
Plant management, D series MILSTRIP transactions, CAV Repair Portal, and eRMS/NITA Interface support.

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* This is a bargaining unit position. Qualifications GS 11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized Experience must Demonstrate the following
1) Analyzing Navy ERP for system defects, data trends and shortfall to improve data accuracy for all of Navy Supply.
2) Developing reports/metrics using various source systems;
3) Performing daily technical support: help desk ticket analysis, provide over the shoulder training, perform requirement gather, user acceptance testing and validation;
4) Utilizing business intelligence tools such as SAS or Tableau to produce command reports/dashboards;
5) Designing, developing and printing of training curriculum, courseware, knowledge transfer events (KTE), learning aids and materials;
6) Developing and executing IT project plans involving internal and external stakeholders;
7) Collaborating with teams of functional experts to resolve End User / Customer issues and problems;
8) Analyzing and summarizing; business trends and communicating information to upper management and

Experience with NAVY supply system in Master Data, Planning, Order Fulfillment & Allowancing, Procurement and Repair, Inventory Management or Production Support. GS 12: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized Experience must Demonstrate the following
1) Analyzing complex Navy ERP discrepancies and providing solutions.
2) Submitting and resolving trouble tickets with internal and external stakeholders.
3) Develop key metrics, reports, or visualizations, that are provided to senior leadership and decision makers.
4) Extensive experience in Navy ERP in one or more of the following areas;
Supply Planning, Master data, Order Fulfillment, Allowancing, Procurement, Inventory management, or Production support.

Experience with proposing IT solutions that streamline processes.
