Technical Integration Lead
We're seeking a Technical Integration Lead that knows their way around hardware, software, and everything in between. You’ll lead a high‑performing development team to craft front‑end applications, and design business logic that integrates seamlessly with RFID hardware. This role is equal parts strategic thinker, technical collaborator, and product evangelist. This position is located in Mechanicsburg, PA with occasional telework allowed and some travel required.
Location:
Mechanicsburg, PA (occasionally telework allowed, travel required).
Clearance:
Active Secret or Top Secret required (preferred).
- Connect with customers and drive solutions: collaborate with DoD end users to understand mission needs, and architect RFID solutions that work in the real world.
- Coordinate and prioritize cross‑program initiatives: prioritize user needs into epics, stories and tasks, ensuring the team ships impactful features with speed and intention.
- Be hands‑on technical: join solutioning discussions with engineers, write user stories bridging customer needs with implementation, resolve technical debt.
- Collaborate across teams: work hand‑in‑hand with engineers, designers, stakeholders to maintain communication and focus the platform trajectory.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar.
- Strong ability to connect business and technical dots, understanding the software development lifecycle and hardware.
- Experience leading agile teams, managing backlogs, maintaining product roadmaps.
- Strong user empathy, ability to engage with users/customers/stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and find direction.
- Top‑notch communication skills to manage stakeholders, inspire teams and advocate for the product.
- Certification:
Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP, or similar. - U.S. citizenship required; must be eligible for a Secret clearance (Active clearance preferred).
- Background as a software or systems engineer.
- Hands‑on experience with RFID, mesh, IoT, or sensor technology.
- Background in leading digital experience development.
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, user testing, persona/journey map creation.
- Previous experience with the ATO/RMF process in DoD software accreditation.
- Experience with the U.S. Navy.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions in DoD or complex environments.
Target salary range: $130,000 - $190,000.
