Position: IT SPECIALIST (ENTARCH) with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will serve as a senior technical specialist for Information Management (IM) and IT activities governing the policy, planning and delivery of IT Infrastructure services and design.
* You will determine gaps between current and target architecture and develop plans for transitioning to the target architecture.
* You will provide technical advice and guidance to agency personnel on IT systems, databases, and interfaces including Information Technical Item Management and Procurement (ITIMP), and Nuclear Reactors Information Management System (NRIMS).
* You will perform studies to determine the efficiency of IT programs and procedures involved in supply support efforts.
* You will oversee the implementation of Agile Development for IT system modernization efforts.
* You will establish program test operation criteria and develop recommended program implementation schedules and monitor plans. Requirements Conditions of employment

* This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code:
Enterprise Architect, proficiency level Advanced; the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
* This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
