Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the Global Supply Chain Development Program - a dynamic, three-year rotational experience designed to accelerate your career, set to start January 2027. You MUST be willing to relocate as this is a 3-year rotational program to different Schneider Electric locations. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role. This rotational development program is designed to give recent graduates a second to none hands on experience working in multiple teams within our manufacturing, distribution center and/or our corporate HUB sites.

The Program consists of different tracks that a talent could be placed into based on interest and education/background. Operations & Engineering Supply Chain Participants in either track will fast-track their careers through a variety of rotations across US Global Supply Chain locations. Over three years, you'll complete three job rotations—one year per location—gaining hands-on experience, building a broad skill set, and expanding your professional network.

Each rotation offers personalized development through leadership training, mentorship, and unique exposure to local, regional, and global teams. Potential rotations in the program include:
Manufacturing Engineer, Logistics Engineer, Manufacturing or Warehouse Supervision, Quality Engineer, Safety Engineer, Upstream or Downstream Flow Controller, Supply Chain Planner, Transportation Operations and Logistics Procurement Category Buyer. Possible locations include:
Franklin, TN, Mount Juliet, TN, Lexington, KY, Mechanicsburg, PA, Middletown, PA, Columbia, MO, Columbia, SC, Seneca, SC, Fairfield, OH, Oxford, OH, El Paso, TX, Welcome, NC.

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Occupational Safety, Business/Data Analytics or other related programs. Desire to grow your career in Global Supply Chain manufacturing plants or distribution centers Strong communication and leadership skills Internship experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related areas.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $77,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
