This full-time position supports patients in Mechanicsburg, PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $15,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishments of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 30-days of employment!

We are looking for compassionate nurse practitioners with:
- Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Master of Science (MSN) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience
- Hold, in good standing, a license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner issued by the state in which you work
- Experience in a community based Home Health or Hospice/Palliative Care practice is strongly preferred.
