DescriptionOur Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is looking for PRN nurses to join their team! Our PRN team members work 32 hours/month with 16 of those hours being on weekends.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess and monitor resident health; communicate changes promptly
- Delegate daily assignments and ensure quality, person-centered care
- Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members
- Collaborate on individualized care plans
- Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
What You Need
- Graduate of an approved LPN program (RN candidates welcome)
- Active, unencumbered PA LPN license
- Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred.
