Our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is looking for a part time nurse to join their team!
Join a mission-driven team serving adults 55+ with compassion and excellence. Messiah Lifeways has been enriching the lives of older adults since 1896, and we're looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse to help lead our care teams.
What You'll Do- Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess and monitor resident health; communicate changes promptly
- Delegate daily assignments and ensure quality, person-centered care
- Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members
- Collaborate on individualized care plans
- Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
- Graduate of an approved LPN program (RN candidates welcome)
- Active, unencumbered PA LPN license
- Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred.
