Food Service Director Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage exciting menus.
• Oversee kitchen staff and operations.
• Ensure top-notch food safety and sanitation.
• Maintain budgets and inventory.
• - Collaborate with nursing staff to meet dietary needs.

Food Service Director Qualifications:

• Degree in nutrition, dietetics, or hospitality preferred.
• CDM or RD certification a plus.
• 3-5 years of food service management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for providing excellent meals and service.
