Maintenance Technician

Join a growing industrial maintenance team working on high-speed manufacturing and printing equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Work with 480V, 3-phase systems, motors, drives, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Read schematics and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Requirements

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, and 480V systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Schedule

• Openings may be available on 1st Shift or Night Shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
