Day Shift | Work Only Half the Year!

$23-$29/hr Starting Pay

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed manufacturing and printing equipment in a stable industrial environment.

Daylight Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Every Wednesday & Thursday

Every other Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Work only half the year on a rotating schedule

Training typically begins on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) during the first week.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Work with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
• Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, and controls
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and check inputs/outputs
• Read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Minimize downtime on high-speed production equipment

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with 480V electrical systems
• Knowledge of AC/DC motors, drives, and controls
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use meters/multimeters
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Allen-Bradley experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical school training preferred

• Must provide your own basic tools
• Steel-toe boots required

This is a Permanent position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
