Job Overview
The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Aide to work in our Community Fusion program assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
ResponsibilitiesAssist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.

Mechanicsburg - Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm - Compensation:
Part-time position starting pay is $13.18 per hour - Benefits:
Dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and 60 hours of paid time off during the first year
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience is helpful but not required.
