Overview:
Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Developer to support an application that administers welfare benefits for citizens within the Commonwealth. The role focuses heavily on PLSQL work, along with system analysis, documentation, and development within a structured technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
" System analysis and documentation
" Application reengineering and enhancement
" Design and development of system components
" Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
" Collaboration with team members on system improvements
" Producing UML based artifacts as needed

Required Skills:
" Strong PLSQL expertise
" .NET Core
" MVC Framework
" REST API development
" SOA services
" Approximately 6 to 10 years of experience

Preferred Skills:
" Ability to analyze and document designs using UML tools
" Ability to create Activity, Class, and Sequence diagrams
" Strong analytical and communication abilities
