Class A CDL Driver (no airbrakes) - RV/Camper Hauler

Position Summary

America's Auto Auction Shreveport is seeking a CDL Driver - RV/Camper Hauler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Class A CDL and experience safely transporting RVs and campers. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient loading, transportation, and unloading of RVs and campers, while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, DOT requirements, and company policies.

The role also includes maintaining company equipment in safe, reliable working condition.

Responsibilities for Class A CDL Driver:

• Pick up and deliver RVs/campers to and from auction locations.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and without damage.
• Operate company equipment in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect, maintain, and ensure the safe operating condition of equipment and facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support daily auction operations.

Requirements

Qualifications for Class A CDL Driver:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record, including:
  • No DUIs within the last five (5) years.
  • No serious at-fault accidents.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to operate company equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience transporting vehicles, RVs, and campers.
