CoWorx Staffing is excited to announce a new partnership with a high-volume distribution client offering temp-long-term opportunities for experienced Turret Forklift Operators in Mechanicsburg, PA. We are seeking reliable, safety-driven talent with proven equipment experience and strong performance history.
Responsibilities:
- Operate powered industrial trucks — Turret trucks, forklifts, order pickers; push, pull, lift, stack, and move product
- Use handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy
- Load and unload trailers as required
- Adhere to GXO 7S standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Demonstrate process excellence and follow all quality policies
- Work in variable warehouse conditions (hot/cold), lift up to 50 lbs., sit/stand for extended periods
- Perform inbound receiving with accuracy and compliance
Desired Background/
Skills:
- Flexible schedule availability with potential overtime
- Positive team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills with leadership and peers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Certification for powered industrial trucks – Turret Truck Necessary
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Move materials on wheeled carts up to 500 lbs.
- Lift objects of various shapes/sizes
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, pull
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- Tolerate hot/cold warehouse environments
