Your New Role
  • Support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on active commercial construction sites in Richmond, VA and surrounding Central Virginia areas
  • Help manage daily job site operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Enforce safety protocols and lead by example on every project
  • Assist with supervising subcontractors and coordinating onsite crews
  • Track and document project progress, activities, and updates
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper handling onsite
  • Maintain quality control to ensure work meets plans and specifications
  • Identify issues early and help implement practical solutions
  • Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to support project execution
  • Experience in commercial construction or a related field preferred
  • Ability to travel to job sites within a 60 mile radius of Richmond, VA
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in the field
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
