• Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience)

• Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, ensuring all client needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing endorsements, and assisting with payments.
• Quote new and renewal business for standard home and auto accounts.
• Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Hawksoft software.
• Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of personal lines account management experience at an independent agency.
• Proficiency in quoting, endorsements, and inside sales.
• Strong phone communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
• Stable work history with no frequent job changes.
• Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.
