Required Procedure/Duties:
Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry Esophageal Manometry Interpretation Small Bowel Biopsy Lower GI Endoscopy Sigmoidoscopy Colonoscopy Liver  Biopsy Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube Endoscopic Ultrasound EUSUpper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy with Foreign Body Removal with Fulguration of Bleeder Cautery vs. Laser with Injection of Varices with Banding of Varices with ERCP Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography Diagnostic Therapeutic with PEG Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy On average 8 procedures per week: GSI Hepatology RGA Surgery Colon Egd ERCP

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Rates to Submit:24 hr call - flat rate to include all Call Back hours

On-call rates: 4595–6000 for 24-hour on-call coverage.

Holiday rate:
Up to 9000 for 24-hour on-call coverage during holidays.

Travel Reimbursement Information:
~150/night lodging cap Standard/economy bookings only
