• Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Proficiency in procedures including Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), ERCP, and Liver Biopsy
• Experience interpreting esophageal manometry and managing complex GI cases
• Ability to work independently in a hospital call setting
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic
• Prior experience in outpatient GI and hospital-based practice
• Familiarity with managing Sengstaken/Blakemore tubes and performing foreign body removal procedures

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completed fellowship in Gastroenterology
• At least 2 years of post-training clinical experience
• Licensure in Virginia or eligibility for licensure

• Availability to start on February 7, 2026
• Willingness to cover 24‑hour call shifts, including holidays
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed, with lodging capped at $150 per night
• Credentialing estimated to be completed within 90 days

• $19.50 per hour
