• High-acuity MFM practice focused on complex maternal and fetal care
• Collaborative two-provider service with dedicated APP and specialty support
• Consistent patient volume during an active recruitment period
Assignment Details
• Open dates include 05/08â€"05/15, 05/16â€"05/22, and 05/26â€"05/31
• Additional dates anticipated but not yet finalized
• Coverage provided in support of ongoing recruitment
• Average of 27 scheduled patients per day
• Two-provider model with shared coverage across sites
• One APP rotating between locations
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
• Office-based and inpatient MFM coverage
• Practice mix includes approximately 95% high-risk and 5% low-risk pregnancies
• Nursery Level III
• Onsite ultrasound available with GE equipment
• Support team includes RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, and front office staff
• EMR:
  Epic with Viewpoint
• Clinical scope includes amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, cerclage preferred, management of pre-eclampsia, multiple gestations, growth restriction, chromosomal and congenital abnormalities, pre-term labor, hypertension, thrombophilia, genetic disorders, vaginal and cesarean delivery, and complex maternal or fetal comorbidities
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Completed MFM fellowship
• Active VA license
• BLS required
• AIUM certification preferred
• Self-Query NPDB dated within 30 days required at time of presentation
• Provider must submit to all required postings to be considered
